<p>Friday &#8211; Miscellaneous Friday is kind of a lax makeup day for me. Whether it&#8217;s building more links, editing articles that may have been rejected for whatever reason, doing more research for my businesses, networking with other list owners to plan an ad swap or whatever the day calls for. For example, you could respond like this: &#8220;I would love to be there, however, I won&#8217;t be able to make it this time,&#8221; or &#8220;Thank you so much for thinking of me but unfortunately, I am too busy to give your project my best effort right now,&#8221; or &#8220;No, thank you,&#8221; or frankly &#8220;no.&#8221; By being able to say no you are honoring your own life and goals.</p>
