For your stability, balance and safety is the root chakra which positioned at the base of the spine. Direct channel to higher consciousness is the crown chakra which is violet in color and it is located on top of the head.

With chakra meditation you can focus on one or more chakras and it helps us in getting more awareness and consciousness in life.
